She leads several industry networks comprising of multinational High Tech, Life Sciences, FMCG, Retail and Hospitality companies and serves as the regional account manager for large Consumer Goods and High Tech accounts across Marsh and McLennan (MMC).
Annika Jiang, Regional HR Business Partner, ING Bank N.V. Singapore Branch
Annika holds a MSc in Human Resources Development and has 15 years of HR experience in various countries across Europe and Asia.
In her previous roles with ING, Annika specializes in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Leadership & Development, Diversity & Inclusion. Currently, she looks after regional business from broader HR perspectives, amongst which engagement, manager capabilities, culture and change.

Iolanda Meehan is the Managing Partner for Veldhoen+Company in Asia. Iolanda has more than 20 years of experience in previous roles as HR management consultant and as business leader in PwC, Philips and Haworth.
She has a BSc in Economics and Management and is a graduate of Change Leadership Programs from Stanford and Wharton universities and is an accredited Global Remuneration Professional (GRP). Iolanda is passionate about the Future of Work, Leadership and Trust and Employee Wellbeing.
