After the screening, we will have a 30 min panel discussion on how organisations can champion and celebrate the benefits and talents of neurodiverse people. In a world dominated by rising technological advancement and automation, the benefits that come from having an inclusive, neurodiverse workforce have never been greater. But how to embrace this potential and what adjustments/training is necessary? There will be opportunities for networking both before and after the film/discussion. 

With this event, we will create awareness on inclusiveness, discuss what is needed for organisations to become truly inclusive, and share best practices and experiences.
