Running for the sixth year in Singapore, the Randstad Employer Brand Awards is based on our Employer Brand Research (previously known as the Randstad Award), the most representative and inclusive employer brand research in the world. It is an independent study capturing the opinion of over 5,000 working professionals aged between 18 and 65, and measures the attractiveness of Singapore’s largest companies (based on number of employees).

The research provides vital insights on the key drivers for a strong employer brand, and how a company can build its talent attraction and engagement strategy to drive business success, including fresh perspectives on:

Job seeker motivations:

  • Perceptions of the largest employers in Singapore
  • Automation/robotics in the workplace
  • Attractiveness of start-ups vs. MNCs
  • Candidates’ appetite in changing jobs
